I suppose between campaigning, the budget, reforms, fumigating, and the veto session, now's not the best time to bring up the 2500+ clemency requests still sitting on Pat Quinn's desk. "Shameful."

I read that the Cubs move is a move to protect them from people seeking money owed by the Tribune Co.

I know it's some kind of gimmick, but the Cubs declaring bankruptcy is just weird. They sell out every game. The Trib bought them for $23 million and are selling for more than $800 million.
