Mark kirk got ripped a new one this morning by cilizza in the washington post over his position on cap and trade. It's worth a discussion whether this flip flop thing of his will be a bigger issue than bush, which the same columnist said would fail as an issue against him.

The camera proposal bothers me more than just a little. I'm sure it'll light up the ACLU like a arc welder, and on this issue I think I'd probably support them.

Is bounty hunting legal in Illinois? I might consider making the drive all the way to the northwest suburbs and tracking down this Mr. Freeze look alike; if there is some substantial Ca$h in it; other than just what he robbed from the bank this morning.

Tracking this guy could be less dangerous than many other occupations in this state; and could be worth a lot more money.

What's the low-down on bounty hunting?

The Payton statue is an easy fix. Put it in Grant Park/Musem campus outside of the Soldier Field grounds. It could be part of a gateway from the Millennium and Grant park garages to the stadium. Perfect for pictures with the statue and the stadium in the background.

Soldier Field remain solely a monument to service members.
