I cannot recall a worst year for polling.

Polls failed to see a GOP Congress in 1994, they predicted a Kerry presidency in 2004, and every two years over the past ten, have predicted that Democrats would end their minority status. How many strike outs are allowed before we start firing pollsters?

All year long, polls have been predicting a Democratic wave. Now it seems they are hedging their bets. They sound like a bunch of idiots.

If you really think about it, do you believe that 30% of voters didn't know who they'd vote for and that every week they would have a different answer? Who believes voters are that stupid? Polls are preposterous.

Perhaps that should be a QOTD? After the hoopla and analysis, perhaps we can discuss the future of polls and whether they should be considered newsworthy anymore.

Re: Question of the day

Stroger 55%
Peraica 45%

Gomolinski 51%
Peraica 49%

Odishoo, Peraica, and Manzo have a meeting in the Illinois Department of Employment Security line to conduct a post mortem on Tony's demise.
